How To Make Hokey Pokey:
Ingredients:
- 4 Tablespoons of Golden Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 and 1/2 of Baking Soda
- Wooden Spoon
- Saucepan
- Aluminium Foil or Parchment Paper
Method:
- Ready the aluminium foil/parchment paper for later.
- Put the syrup and sugar into a sauce pan and mix.
- While heating the pan, mix and stir the sugar and syrup until the sugar dissolves.
- Leave the pan and wait for it to boil for 2 minutes.
- After boiling put the baking soda into the pan and quickly stir the ingredients.
- Quickly place the ingredients onto your foil/parchment paper and leave it behind to cool or put it in a freezer for it to cool faster.
