P.E Reflection

Why did you choose the sport?

I chose high jump because it's fun.

What are the proper techniques?

You run in a J shape towards the bar and do the Fosbury flop. You jump then head first, then your shoulders, then your back, then your legs.

Have you improved, Why or Why not?

Yes. I think I've improved because I manage to break my record.

Another sport that you want to improve on?

Shot put because I find it hard doing it.

Is there something you can do to improve in that event?

I can build my muscle up and gain more strength.
